Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By placing an order with Arabo Impex Pvt. Ltd. ("Arabo Impex", "we", "us"), whether by email, phone, or through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order with us.

2. PRODUCTS & SPECIFICATIONS We manufacture and supply industrial fuel oils, base oils, hydrocarbon solvents, biodiesel and diesel/LDO grades as described in our product catalogue. Product descriptions, specifications and parameter sheets are provided for guidance and are confirmed in writing at the time of order acceptance. We reserve the right to update grade specifications in line with source refiner or regulatory changes, and will notify affected customers of any material change to an active order.

3. QUOTATIONS & ORDERS Quotations issued by Arabo Impex are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or 7 days from the date of issue if no period is stated, and are subject to product availability at the time of order confirmation. An order is confirmed only once accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Arabo Impex. Quantities, grade, packing (bulk tanker or drum) and delivery location must be confirmed in the purchase order.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change based on prevailing refinery and logistics costs until an order is confirmed. Standard payment terms are advance payment or payment against delivery; credit terms may be extended to established accounts at our discretion, following due diligence. Invoices are payable in full by the due date stated on the invoice; overdue amounts may attract interest and may result in suspension of further dispatches.

5. DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS We dispatch pan-India by tanker and drum logistics, with delivery windows confirmed at the time of order. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery at the agreed location; title passes only on receipt of full payment. The buyer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access, and for unloading facilities appropriate to the packing type ordered.

6. QUALITY, TESTING & CLAIMS Every consignment is dispatched against a tested parameter sheet and, where applicable, a Certificate of Analysis matching the agreed specification. Any claim relating to quality, quantity, or specification must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by a retained, sealed sample where possible. Claims raised after this period, or after the product has been mixed, processed, or partially consumed, cannot be accepted.

7. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS Confirmed orders may be cancelled only with our written consent and may be subject to cancellation charges to cover costs already incurred. Given the nature of bulk fuel and oil products, dispatched goods cannot be returned once delivered, except where a quality claim under Section 6 is upheld following inspection.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited to the invoice value of the affected consignment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of production, arising from the use, storage, or handling of the product after delivery.

9. FORCE MAJEURE Arabo Impex will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including refinery disruptions, transport strikes, natural disasters, or government action.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including text, product images, and branding, is the property of Arabo Impex Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time an order is confirmed will apply to that order.
